"Youth Development have always been one of my key pillars in all the setups that I have established. Curating a pathway into Singapore’s professional football scene have always been my primary focus. More than 15 players have benefitted and turned professional from this arrangement since 2018. Now being involved in Liverpool FC International Academy Singapore, I am excited that we can further develop young players and help them realise their dreams to become professional players. With great players that LFC Academy have produced through many generations, we are excited to bring The Liverpool Way to Singapore and perhaps someday we can have an alumnus plying their trade at Anfield."
